Imported ingredients from Italy for a true authentic taste! We don't just say we are an Italian, we prepare, cook and serve real Italian food. the flour we use is Italy's finest, Casillo flour with all the dough made fresh on site and stored under strict  conditions for 24 hours. As for our tomatoes, we only use imported Neapolitan approved grade 1 tomatoes! It's this care that makes us different from the rest!
